Best Buy Protection starts with adequate customer support to review coverage and pull up account information. I have wasted over 4 months trying to get our Best Buy account info updated. A simple email address spelling error due to the representative on the phone entering it wrong dragged this out even longer. The call center hold times have exceeded 45+ minutes with no resolve on multiple calls to get help with this. I stood in the local Best Buy store with sympathetic flood manager who called in to their direct dial support team and it was more of the same. The off shore customer support centers and ESL communication barrier makes this even worse. Every call has resulted in them telling me the changes will take effect in 3-4 business days, only to wait and find out the changes were not made, the account is still not showing purchase history or allowing me to purchase online or submit protection/ repair requests. Our local Best Buy store has been great with nearly all purchases and their Geek Squad Staff has been very helpful. Months of trying to get past the account access problems however has left me feeling the aggravation is just not worth it.

I wouldn’t buy any electronics with out the protection plan

I have purchased the best buy protection whith my new drone. I have yet to have to use or attempt to use the protection plan so i cannot answer as to the customer service aspect. However compared to some other plans i saw this seems reasonanly priced for what it covers if i works as it should

Thank God I had the plan. Unfortunately had to use it but the team made the replacement of my drone so easy. You have to get this when purchasing anything that could break. Especially a drone

Worth the subscription. Anything you buy is under warranty and they are really honest and helpful with that.

HP Envyx360 laptop so far so good! I needed to replace an old unit the sales people mentioned that this HP had more to offer me and would be a nice addition to my electronic family

You would be stupid not to get this. This is the most amazing thing ever when you buy anything from Best Buy. So make sure you buy it when you can.

Not a professional drone reviewer by any chance but the feature that this thing offers is great. Havnt used it to its full potential but I am sure I will not regret the buy. Best Buy is also great ;) thank you for this easy transaction!
