I use Best Buy Total Tech to protect my new devices. It is a better value than purchasing insurance on each item. Best Buy has always provided excellent service for my product repairs.

I took this camera to the Costa Rica rain forest and it performed performed flawlessly in the rain and humidity. The colors are excellent and the 12-60 lens was all I needed for the trip. This was one of my best purchases. I liked it enough to get a second GHy body.

this was sold to us as "we'll replace the item if something goes wrong," but then we later discovered it was actually, "we'll repair the item and replace it if we can't fix it." that makes sense, but it felt dishonest

This is my first drone but all i can say is i love love love it. It does so much im constantly watching youtube videos on it to try new thing the video recording is super clear and the pictures are amazing GOOD JOB DJI

The protection covers pretty much anything so I'm glad i got it because i had dropped my m50 and luckily it didnt break but if it did i would of had to get a new one
