The Wifi setup was difficult in that the independent contractors that Best Buy uses to install Washer/Dryers does just fine but hooking them up to Wifi took the Geek Squad but only after several attempts with "Installers" who don't know squat about doing so. Wifi feature nice in that you are notified when a load is finished. I even had them put in a Mesh system and fix my printer.

We haven't had to use it yet but there's peace of mind knowing that you're high valued items are protected!

You can extend it to other purchases as you shop over the years. Cell phones, TVs, exercise equipment, ear buds, appliances... It's really paid off.
