I am one of the orignal members; that covered appliances. Now only covers tech items warranties. Will not renew after this year. Manufacturers offer certian guarantees already( its just extended. Depends on what you buy.

I bought a new all in one computer and the Geek Squad was extremely helpful as I was hacked immediately trying to load Webroot. Not once but twice! They fixed it and it still works like a champ!

The staff at the geek squad make it easy to change for a new product. I recommend getting the total tech subscription so you can replace your product and get it covered right away

The phone call service was not really helpful.. been on hold and got transferred at least 5 times on every call regarding NBA TV app question for 77 inch LG TV. Home service on installation though was great very profession staff.

This literally pays for itself. The amount of value that we’ve gotten off of this is way better than not having this protection.
