But whenever I have a hardware issue they graciously fix it. They also set up a new laptop for me that I purchased online. The Best Buy plus membership has been a great purchase for me. The 24 month repair or replace feature is added to any purchase you make. You also get notifications on special membership buys. One special buy I got was a electric Pizza oven, valued at $320 for $99.
