    This paid for itself. I had my TV bracket installed when I moved. Geek squad also found a problem when my laptop screen was frozen and took a few minutes to fix it with out charge.

    If you are a frequent Best Buy customer you really owe it to yourself to get a TotalTech membership. Having this be automatic is great.

    No worry coverage. I’ve never had to use it. But as a long term user of Best Buy and Apple I have gotten no charge fixes and help from customer service

    This is a great plan to have with Best Buy when you have purchase more than 1 item in the store . I have purchased 3 items in the last to months. Great store great things to buy.
