Great Protection, especially when you need it, and a quick turnaround time to get the job done!

I could have never figured out how to transfer files and data to my new computer if it wasn’t for the warranty. Well worth the money. I only wished that the experts on the phone spoke proper English. Most were ok but a few I had to ask for another representative.

The thch that helped to set up my new computer did an outstanding job. However, when I went back to have the eamil address book set up, I was told by another tech they would not set up anything that required a password. But, they set up the Microsoft account, that required a password.

No matter the purchase, when I have the ability to purchase an item at Best Buy I will because of my Best Buy Total rewards membership. The accident protection is the best value add in retail.

Mostly a great thing. Sometimes the things that go wrong are not covered so that is only issue with it. The exclusions. But as with everything, it can break. So just peace of mind to a degree.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and quickly assisted with finding exactly what I needed. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. The Geek Squad went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and repair my laptop. They explained the process clearly, kept me updated on the status, and had everything running perfectly in no time. Their professionalism and expertise are unmatched! This level of care and attention is rare these days, and I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and tech support. Highly recommend!

I had bought an electronic item that was not working but had it on the product protection less than a day and they let me know I can exchange the item and took off of old protection for new one. Glad I had it protected for just those times when you need it the most.
