    Total Tech is awesome and worth the added protection Easy exchange if product is faulty Staff is excellent and very knowledgeable which helps to streamline the process

    The 24 month plan includes free installation and extended coverage of any electronic product I purchase from Best Buy.

    Like I said before, Best Buy takes direct responsibility for the goods they sell. Other retail stores use a third party. Third Party is almost completely useless.
