I'm a Best Buy Total Member and that's the program I'm reviewing. We've purchased a number of high value items in the last year or so - washer, dryer, TVs, air fryer, computer accesories and this program provides two year complete coverage for the fee.] We've used it twice - for a replacement air fryer and a TV with damage from shipping. Completely satisfied with Best Buy customer service. Well worth the cost (for use and for assurance on other products). Once all of stuff ages out of the coverage period (two years), I may consider dropping membership. In the meantime, it's relatively cheap insurance that lets me sleep at night.
