    Bought a iPad and was not told that it wasn’t set up for internet. Now I always have to use a hotspot whenever I go to clients home. Other than that it was a typical best buy experience.

    Review Poor Service – Framingham Best Buy I had a very poor experience at the Framingham Best Buy. The store manager, John, demonstrated terrible customer service skills. Overall service quality was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to others. I hope corporate management takes notice of the inferior service and considers relocating John to a warehouse or making significant improvements. He was not even know what is Bestbuy TOTAL CARE benefits offer to the Bestbuy customers.
