I am not very tech savvy and always in need of help when my office equipment doesn't work. Bes Buy Geek Squad never disappoints even if they have to send someone out for a home visit to fix the problem. Would not want to do without the coverage.

It was covered to a Pixel that I got replaced the same day from another store. It was relieving to have it figured out the same day.
