    I'm a novice at flight Simulator's. So this works just fine for me. The programming is easy to set it up and makes it even more enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone... Enjoy!

    The Best Buy Total extended coverage is a nice Perk to go along with their other benefits. I'm a tech junkie, but need help once in a while sorting out my problems. This is a good value. I tell my friends and family to purchase this coverage because they have a to free number to call 24×7!

    The Geek Squad protection is worth it. They were there to help me with so many questions. That was the best thing I purchased and well worth the money

    If my item gets broken, they always end up fixing it to perfection or giving me a replacement. It is simple and easy. I recommend it to anybody.

    Store experience vs. call in C.S. is DIFFERENT

    Original help with everything was wonderful, and purchased a membership. They helped me with everything I needed. After about a month though when I tried to get additional service, I was kind of given a run around, first to try and schedule with Geek Squad then just to get someone "live" to answer a question on the phone. I ended up just showing up at the store and some times I got someone who would answer my question, and some times I did not. So I ended up just leaving and doing more internet searches myself in order to try and find the answers I needed. I am rating them a "4" because of the original help. But probably a "3" now, due to how hard it is to get C.S. when I call. Two things that I was not happy about is 1) The reason I bought the membership is so I can bring in my equipment to have it checked every year, they encouraged that. But when after a month I mentioned I would do just that, they told me they would NOT allow me to do that unless I already had a reason to bring it in for servicing! Then said we will do that over the internet, dont bring your stuff in. I do not deal well with the internet and so that may have been a nail in taking out a renewal subscription. 2) The other thing I was not happy about is C.S. over the phone, tied me up for 45 minutes and did not help me, except to ridicule me for wanting to keep my email address and phone number private. That person I believe is now fired. The rest of the service was good especially the person that helped me after that when I called back. So the service IN the store was rated "4" ... the service for call in on their toll free number was rated "3" or lower. Seems like 2 different companies.
