Like most insurance policies, the Best Buy protection plan is GREAT to have when you need it ... but equally great just to know it's there even when you don't need it. The cost is well worth the peace of mind, and when you DO need help, the customer service is fast, pleasant, professional, efficient, knowledgeable - in other words, absolutely priceless.

Love my whole house protection. I can bring in my computer to get worked on or call them up for another repair problem.

For me i always find what im looking for and there is most of the time a discount. I am a best buy member and am happy with its services and love that i get a 2 year additional warranty on most things.
