Poor totalteck RESPONSES

Did not want to answer some questions asked...wanted to charge me for a second trip out to finish the job...still having problems with the Wi-Fi...Also stopped in the store to talk with a Geek person about my TV set-Up...told to take a seat and after waiting 1/2 hour was told to see someone in TV Dept. Good luck finding a salesperson in TV Dept....after standing around for 20 minutes I just left the store....not happy....Poor
