    I think it is a mistake to eliminate the distinction between Elite and other customer status. Theres now no motivation to keep Elite status. Big business mistake.

    Arlo has there customer service line in India that will do absolutely nothing to help any issues you had. I was charged $96 for a yearly subscription. I asked it to be refunded the very next day as I did not need it and they told me no.
