This protection plan has been very dependable for us.

They helped me a lot with my new computer that I had problems with. Diagnosed the problem and got me a new unit hassle free.

Good to have but when going to the store to exchange for it using it is very hard employees at the register customer service don't like when you bring things in that have your Best buy total account sometime they reject you and when you tell him you have a Best buy total call the manager the manager submits and does everything you want

Works… maybe it works a little too well…………………????

this has been the best thing and value and a great value has saved me a lot of money with tech support and the staff has even been to my home to hang my Tv . which was beyond my skill set. i have even recommended it to my best friend who just signed up for her self as well

Whenever I purchase items from Best Buy, they provide 2 years of warranty coverage at no charge to me as a My Best Buy Total member. You can't beat that and I buy a lot from Best Buy!

I've never thought to buy any protection for any of our technology products. For the price paid through Best Buy and after buying major appliances, it was worth it! We haven't had to use it so far, but knowing that there is protection gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend it if you're buying expensive and or bigger appliances.

Having the support from Best Buy has been a great experience. They help solve any issue quickly and easily .

I have 2 teenagers that have multiple devices. They are not the best at keeping the item pristine. I have had a couple of laptops have issues and was pleased that I could get the items fixed and not have to buy a new one.

PLEASE IT MAKES THINGS SO EASY TO USE KNOWING I EASILY GO BACK INTO THE STORE AND GET STORE CREDIT WORST CASE SCENARIO TO GET A NEW ONE OR SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!

Definitely happy with the extra storage and speed for load times. Games are definitely a little brighter, and look good, but only really the ps5 pro enhanced ones which I guess makes sense so not really a complaint there. Much quieter than my initial ps5, but it was the bulky 1st gen that first came out and I’m terrible at dusting it lol. All in all, I’m happy. Only 4 stars because the difference in game quality is minimal for such a steep price, but cannot deny the difference is there.
