Terrible Arlo customer service

I was charged $96 for a yearly subscription. I asked it to be refunded the very next day as I did not need it and they told me no.

Installation New Fees

I am not happy that we have to pay extra for installations now. It doesn't seem right and smacks of a "bait & switch" situation. Those of us with the plan for over a year already should have been grandfathered in for additional free installations!
