My experience was not good, the installation of my microwave is off center and tge guys that came out were not very helpful on educating me on the function and maintenance of the appliance. I have paid/renewed the services and never used them again.I did appreciate the occasional discounts and coupons.

Long wait for service.

Protection or Discouragement...You Decide

I was discouraged from using it to resolve an issue with a laptop as they said it would take months to be repaired and get it back which seemed exaggerated. I decided to go directly to the manufacturer. I am now concerned that this could be the case for other purchased products.
