Love the fact that I get an extra 12 months of protection.

Only a protection until your total tech membership lapses due to having very difficult time these last few months. Especially financially. Then less than a month after your manufactures warranty expires, your $1000+ surface pro mother board begins shorting out and is now a paper weight. Best Buys by the book management and employees refuse to offer any help what so ever. Every appliance and electronics has been purchased through Best Buy with Total Tech, but we are NOT getting any support. I need my laptop to run my start up business. I’m so very frustrated and disappointed. I will pay for Total Tech again. I just need them to honor this. We even have a fridge that has leaked since we have had it and they keep sending people out that never fix it. We have just given up on that. This is corporate America right?! Do better!!!

Peace of mind is well worth the price. It is a good value.

Support Code 5100 problems: can't use a smart phone to access directions because I have not done this before. I went online to chat about these problems, but after 1 hr. the problems few not resolved. I terminated the chat because I not get specific results. During that chat (12/03/2023), I asked for a Geek Squad appt at least 3 times and stated that I may want to upgrade my printer. I was unable to find anything to meet my needs except for this page. This antenna did not work for me. I spent 1.5 hours trying to find a position where it would work but no luck. I like the package, look, and accessories that you get. However, the coaxial cable connector is too large in diameter and I could not attach it directly my Samsung flat screen tv. It would not engage the threads due to the slight alignment angle caused by the large barrel diameter. They should have used a smaller slide on connector like cable companies do. I was able to attach it to my Tivo bolt OTA box. I even tried it on another tv and at the back of my house on a window that faces the transmission towers. I could partially get a weak signal but positioning was not practical for my house and tv setup. I live just outside Washington DC in southern Maryland about 30 miles from transmission towers.

Bought it but hopefully will never have to use it. Don't know how to rate. Price more than doubled the amount paid for the tablet

I'm retired & truly get lost trying to keep up with technology and can spend hours, even days, researching which item or brand is best and how to hook it all up and make it work. This is not only a time & frustration saver, it's my best way to get all the benefits from the products I've bought.
