Haven’t had this for long and batteries are good but blink doorbell won’t work anymore

Highly recommend, any services or products that bestbuy has i would get , especially if your device does break down. Its better safe than sorry!!!

Easy to install and cools the room fast. The only problem is it was damage at the base and leaked water.

It’s only for 24 months any thing goes wrong !!! Any new products will not go caput for at least 3 years !!!

Good doorbell was working great at first then it stopped showing who was at the door and it wants them to leave a message. Working with Best Buy protection plan to resolve the issue.

I haven't needed to use this service yet so i don't know how easy the process will be or how much money I would save.

This a great value that given free with the purchase.

not impressed at all with any part of the 2-month long prcess.... Wish I had the private dishes we had in the Islands

almost everything I have ever bought from bestbuy tends to have problems after two years, so it is just a waste of money, same reason I am getting rid of my total tech membership, more than half the time even if it is within the 24-month period, they will not fix or replace, as it is not worth it.

My laptop broke several times with the same issue. Best Buy insisted on sending it out for repair and if it wasn't "sent out" 3 times they would not replace it. Over the 2 years it broke multiple time but I couldn't keep sending it out and be without a computer, but not sending it out meant not being able to have it replaced. Frustrating!!

It is more expensive but if you plan on getting extended warranty on more than one item a year worth it

Unfortunately does not cover everything that I would like. Prefer to pay more to get full service protection and support.

Worthless, too expensive and in ability to use. It’s over priced And a portion should be returned if it’s not used

Some % of amount need to pay when comes to repairs and all though protection plan is purchased

It has been useless for any of my problems. I always get transferred around to different departments only to be told - "you need to call Samsung, they can help you". It really is useless

After one house call and three internet service calls, printer problem was not solved. Awaiting another house call to find problem

Not to sure about the third party installers my wire lose and I had to set up my own firestick and Netflix I prefer Best Buy techs better

impossible to use so it's worthless, why can't i just ship in my broken items and have them repaired, why do i have to make a nonsensical in store visit! ? oh wait, i know, because they know no one in their right mind wants to do this, so they just don't and then they let their plans expire becaues who gives a crap if you can't use it.

Had a hard time downloading correct app my son has one and I love it nice little speaker love how it tells jokes
