Pay my monthly payment off give me another camera for my back door so I can be safe and shopping the store

The controller itself works well and the grandsons enjoyed using it playing Minecraft. But only as long as you were within 2 feet of the computer - at 6 feet it constantly dis-connected. That wont work for me so am returning them and do not recommend.

There are certain electronics I will buy the monthly best buy protection plan on. This is one of them

this -was - an incredible value until they started separating all the parts and adding fees for the same level of service. With the plan I have from last year, I can have a TV installed in my home. A big old honking desktop with a printer and network cables hooked up does not qualify under the at home services even after you exhaust all the online help. Trying to get through to a Geek Squad agent at the store to discuss a repair issue once you get your system home is a HUGE problem. In fact - you can not get a connection to your store without bringing your computer or phone back in person with an appointment the following day most of the time. When you deal with the geek squad people, they are helpful, professional, courteous and are dead on the first time 95% of the time they have worked on my system.

Protection is not what it used to be. Best Buy corporate has nerfed their protection plans, and partnering with Asurion has impacted quality of service

it is 12 month only but if you continue buy total tech membership you will get 24 month

I am a teacher that does a lot of printing for work and for my personal life. I decided to go with a bigger printer.

If you have not joined this protection plan, you really should. I just recently thought something was wrong with my laptop (it was just me) however, Best Buy made sure my laptop was working properly!

They Support tech is really good i wish i could get a Discount with it and I wish it wasn't so much money to pay for

I can't remember how long ago it was the last time I thought "Nah, I don't need the protection plan." But I do know that I regretted that decision. When you need it, you'll be glad you have it.

Bought a new TV and decided to get the geek squad protection plan. Had some issues after install and the tech came out and fixed the problem. Best investment I made getting this protection

For the price its worth it. Even covers accidents that are your fault.

I wish we could combine purchases we are actively paying monthly plans for with this new plan. Such a waste of money to now be paying for both?

Changed policy and said mam you have the new plan. I said no I have been paying this for years Well installing isn’t covered anymore. My refrigerator parts weren’t covered either.

Returned item. Antenna did not work well so there is no need for the coverage.

My son purchased a very expensive computer was the total tech plan worth the extra 200.00 dollars no it’s such a rip off

Best buy protection is worth it! It's one of those thing that its better to have it and not need it than to have something break and have to pay out of pocket to fix or replace it.

Utilizing Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.)

Having Best Buy protection on my products is not an option and it is worth every dollar to have my product protected for two years with in store replacement and in home repairs.

It is better than nothing and if you don’t mind strangers in your house, convenient.
