love the technical support - unless you are having a home burglar alarm system - that service is horribel!

Looks and oerforms like a child's toy. Came dead on arrival. I returned it the next day because it did not work, and yet best buy did not reissue a $20 certificate that I used in burchasing this bad device.

Price doubled since I last had it. The Geek Squad guy came out and spent 90 minutes trying to get my computer to run right. Computer is 18 months old. Worked well for about 3 days. It is right back to where it was. Have to call back and probably wait another 2 months for an appt. I don't add any new features, it should have been done right the first time.

The price of total tech is fantastic for what you get....we saved on 2 installs and delivery that would have cost mor than total tech package!

Printer is horrible. Never connects consistently no matter what method you use. I do not recommend purchasing. Spend a new more dollars to get better quality.

Sadly if you purchased a product on sale this protection is nearly worthless. The protection does not actually replace or repair the item. They will simply refund you on a gift card the purchase amount. So if they no longer sell the item or it is at full price you will have to spend more money to buy it again.

I didn't end up using this. If you don't need it, don't purchase it.

TotalTech Protection is worth the money. It gives you an extended warranty time and the best is installation of the products you purchase.

Too expensive for me. I don't get enough use out of it.

Using the simplisafe water sensor for the past 18 months. Integrates well in to the simplisafe system. Very easy to set up. Works well.

It’s another $200 for another year of coverage. Pricey

With any electronic device purchase having peace of mind on future break downs is always Key, this protection gives you exactly that!

Definitely recommend purchasing the protection plan. Really gives is peace of mind knowing if anything happens we are taken care of!

Bestbuy made me go to apple store twice. Just to get turned away. Had to go to another Bestbuy location to get my warranty fulfilled.

I haven't actually used it very kych so I am not sure how great it might be.
