3 weeks after receiving Sony OLED Bravia tv and having Geek Squad install, the tv turns itself off and won't turn back on. I thought I was safe because I paid extra for the Best Buy Totaltech membership but I had to make many attempts of contacting Best Buy before they would come out to replace it. After they finally replaced it with the exact same model, just over 2 months later, I now have a black line that runs vertical through the tv all the time. Now Best Buy Totaltech says they won't help and I had to contact Sony for warranty support. I've been waiting over 4 weeks now and the SECOND tv replacement from Sony still has not arrived. I've made over 40 calls to both Best Buy and Sony and have not received any help. Wasted over $3,300 and lots of time on the phone... extremely frustrated! Don't waste your money on this product or service!

I’m feeling pretty positive about this program that I’m enrolled in. Hopefully this is a piece of mind for all my purchases.

In order to connect this to your wifi network you need to connect to it as wifi which diconnects from you from the internet. Then the stupid software fails because you are not connected to the internet and it requires an update BEFORE you can setup the wifi. There is no lcd AND does ‘t come with a chord to connect to a pc. 3 hours of my life I will never get back. And their customer support doesn’t exist.

But they said theyd give me 25 points for this. So…

Protection plans are always great at Best Buy, whenever I’ve had issues with a product they are quick to fix or replace.

I was loving this camera till recently. Iv only had it since September and it is suddenly getting a blurry image in spots. Their is a black spot that won’t go away. The image is consistently going in and out. Even if it’s the only thing connected to the Wi-Fi!

The Best Buy app is a very user friendly app that allows me to browse and shop through all that best but has to offer.

I have used my Total Tech many times this year and receive Best Buy protection on my products at no additional cost.

Great warranty when you purchase the Best Buy tech warranty. It doubles the warranty. Definitely worth the money.
