These boxes only last 6 to 8 months. Then they just stop working

Customer service is very bad. Today I walk I. To Best Buy fout times . I have to wait on the line around one hour and they are not help ful. I have Samsung tv because of the remote I can’t use for a month. I was expecting to receive in few days but still I have to wait more days again. Because of they didn’t do their job correctly I bought this tv but I’m not using it because of the remote control.

woke up this morning to find BestBuy had taken $191.00 from my account. Have since cancelled account and am getting refund.

The protection plan is bull shiz If it is discontinued for any reason it cancels all plans and warranties. Easy way for Best Buy to get out of having to fix anything and to keep the loop of payments going forever at an extremely expensive rate if you want to keep your warranties. Just pay for the actually warranty instead of this plan.

Buy an actual extended warranty. I was mislead to believe that total protection yearly fee actually protected my TV system. Nope. 2.5 yrs and my system broke again and no warranty

Extremely poor customer service from phone techs. I have lost my confidence with Best buy services. I'm waiting for a manager or supervisor to call me back, it's been 3 months now and still no callback. Best Buy support is very bad lately. Extremely poor communications, poor interactions, poor case not documentation, poor follow up and overall terrible customer journey.

This is included with total tech so it isba good value but it definitely feels bad to have to pay out of pocket tonget things seeviced

After talking too much in the phone for keft ( 3 months) somebody help and they return the money

don’t do it! got charged for something that could not be used once the store decided to involuntarily return our purchase to stock AFTER IT WAS FULLY PAID! ugh! now being charged interest and late fees on software we never used / couldn’t use due to not ever receiving what we purchased!
