After talking too much in the phone for keft ( 3 months) somebody help and they return the money

don’t do it! got charged for something that could not be used once the store decided to involuntarily return our purchase to stock AFTER IT WAS FULLY PAID! ugh! now being charged interest and late fees on software we never used / couldn’t use due to not ever receiving what we purchased!

Good deal for backing up all your products in store

Always a catch when you want to use it and the call in help line never gives you accurate information.

BEST Buy doesn't auto renew and you cannot purchaseit again after it expired. I wasny aware that this happened and now i have no protection on any of my devices.

Dont waste your money! I paid for 24 months just to have them tell me that the 180 dollars i paid is per year and if i dont pay again then im not covered. Also your not covered with it, i paid a 70 dollar shipping fee and 50 percent of the repairs cost the one time i had them service my laptop. Its just a big old scam.

Seems a bit premature to rate this, but the installation service was excellent--efficient, neat, friendly.

BS that you have changed Total Tech support to be like a home warranty model with copay per incident. I used to have the 5 yr coverage with no copay on my appliances through you, now I have this useless crap. Will most likely cancel Total Tech support just for this reason and the fact that y'all can and have changed what's included, terms and conditions, etc several times since I've signed up. HATE IT.

Just one time I try to use my Protection Plan, (connection of my Ring alarm system) but finally we have to make the job.

Not happy, the personal alway trying to avoid replace or fixed. If we pay for protection we don't need excuses. To much appointments, first best buy and after companies like Apple, Microsoft, dell, etc. To much headache and waste time. After all I paid separate repairs because to much wasting time.

I think this refers to the Geek Squad. My last experience was terrible. I am not computer savvy so I signed up again. I am meeting with my instructor at the library and she is going to help me with my computer. Better than the Geek Squad

After many phone calls to Geek Sqaud, no one would answer so I went to the store several times and they confirmed the number was correct and told me to keep calling! They were not interested!

Would not recommend. It showed on my account I had applecare but when I cancelled best buy tech I wasn't made aware that it would go away.

This service is too expensive even though I never got use it.

These plans sound great on paper, but be prepared to experience the worst if/when it comes time to use it. The first stop is to a department of incompetent support staff who like to transfer you 50 times. After getting the run around, they either try to refer you to the manufacturer or make you go through a few incorrectly set up appointments.

Does not cover things to be installed . Like the old plan better

Been every happy with the protection plan. So glad I didn’t have to pay to set thing up
