Just telling me it was renewed does not do it you need that plus a copy of the invoice so yu make sure amounts agree and no mistakes Bad

Installation & Protection program $200 is the worst and do not recommend. The company they use to install is horrible and fail to do their job. No trained employees to install appliances. Overall the worst purchase I’ve ever made and customer service.

It still cost me $100 and took 2 months to get the screen replaced on my spectre 360 2 in 1 laptop. Bestbuy should ne ashamed to even offer something like this but give less than poor service
