I bought a laptop in this store, it turned out to be broken and they took money from me for maintenance and did not return the laptop and I was left without money and without a laptop

Will not answer call about damage during installation.

Coverage okay. Did an auto renew against my card. I only do no interest and same as charges on my card. I noticed they are charging me interest on this which is neither right nor fair and I won’t be renewing.

The guys you all have been sending out starting with the 2 washers they bought back and my chime doorbell was never setup the guy Jeff never showed up and he sent 2other guys out and he did not inform me of the change he made know respect me as a customer and I’m buying products from Best Buy and I fill that the Greek squad need to hire professional people because people will not want to purchase anything from Best Buy or use there products they sale are use the service not going to be buying anything there anymore

The new Best Buy insurance options are a joke. If it’s not an Apple product i would personally pass

Don't buy from Best buy customer service is terrible and they will make you pay for their mistakes.

false advertising. I decided to not renew my total tech and they cancelled the 24 month protection. Even though its on my receipt.

Brokw within a week from rhe suction part that makes it secure…was in the car and then went into work came out ans was on the floor board …broken

You need to know the difference between store bought and instant ink so buyer beware. There nothing wrong with the ink other than the price

Several techs came to my home to set up a tv and Soundbar and said and did everything not to provide the service. And they try to sell you other products

Worse than Useless. Apparently, BB/GS staff don't talk with each other, don't read each others' reports (including key problem descriptions, component errors, and falsified assertions of "fixes").

Do not buy this product it took out my entire radio system. The service tech’s at BB were outstanding and very professional.

After fighting iff the chat bots you get passed to a ever escalating series of call center staffers. Invariably the call gets disconnected.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Do not buy!! They care when talking you in to purchasing but they do not once you use it or fix things they did.

Protect what. it isn't installed. When are you going to install the product? When we get it installed we can review. Review for getting the product and installing it would be nice.
