DON'T BUY!!!

On 4th call, the agent began deleting files and messed my whole computer up. Took to Huntsville Best Buy to get fixed. Took 7 days and computer and printer still weren't connected. Scheduled home visit which took over a week. Waited, no one came, so I called the office. They checked with agent and was told they were coming so I was to wait. Waited 13.5 hours on Christmas Eve; No one came or called. Checked online. Said my order number wasn't scheduled. Wanted me to reschedule on Jan. 7th. Will not wait another 13.5 hours for no one to come or call to let me know. I had to cancel all of my events for that day. Next time will go to someone more considerate.
