Total Tech/Geeksquad

Had an air fryer die on me and it was replaced with a new one. Also had a mouse with connectivity issues and they replaced with a different one. Great having that piece of mind knowing your product is protected.

Don't delay Join the BB Protection Club!

The day after I bought this protection package I needed a charging cable for a Google product that I did not buy from Best Buy. I ordered the cable online and it was delivered THE NEXT DAY. That got my attention. About a month after buying the TV with the BB Protection I walked in the store (today) and purchased a washer and dryer from Electrolux that nobody else could get. I had been trying for 6 months to find some appliance store to get the W/D for me. Nobody had it available - until I checked Best Buy. So I checked online, then called the 888 BEST BUY number just to see if the store showing it as available to order was REAL. It was. So I walked in the store today, bought them, booked the installation, got discounts, an increased credit limit, and a free $100 gift card. The benefits just don't stop. I'm really not a "reviewer" person but I think what Best Buy is doing is amazing. And I'm not easily impressed.
