Make sure you have protection if you don't have the Best Buy membership if anything goes wrong especially with a charger or anything like that more than likely they'll just switch it out for a new one. Depends on the product

Due to the quality of the products I purchase at Best Buy, I RARELY need to utilize the "Best Buy Protection Plan"; however, when I do need assistance, on ANY LEVEL, they are there for me. Simply stop in the nearest store, tell them whats going on and they are able to show me where I am going wrong, get it fixed w/ in 24 hours or honestly, they simply take back the defective item and have given me a new one straight off the shelf! Amazing service, hightly recommend.

Everytime i have an accident or something happens all i have to do is go up and get it fix or replaced free of charge unless uou upgrade slightly

Umm, hello? This is an absolute no-brainer for me and my family. If I’m buying something that happens to be sold at Best Buy, I’ll price shop, of course, but I’ll generally find the best price here. Even if it’s matched, what sets Best Buy apart is this. If I’m purchasing a laptop or a tablet device for one of my many kids or, as is often the case, for myself, a two year protection plan is icing on the cake. For an Apple device, it literally means super low cost AppleCare for two full years. The plan pays for itself with one purchase really.

Worth every penny. Peace of mind to know you are protected.

The Best buy Protection is the best thing ever. Very convenience. I would buy any product unless i'm buying it from Best Buy and thats because of the protection. I wish they bring back free installation again.
