This is the best insurance you can have for your laptops, phones, etc. You might not need it for 100 times, but that 101st time it doesn't work, you are glad you have the protection. I always take it into the store. The geek guys have taught me so much about my laptop and what to do. Plus being a tech member you get free shipping when ordering or returning online. BEST BUY IS THE BEST!

This plan is well worth your investment. I almost didn’t get this plan because i didn’t think i would ever need it but lo and behold right after i purchased the plan something happened that would have cost me thousands without the plan. But since I had the plan it cost me nothing

I wasn’t sure whether to purchase this insurance plan with Best Buy but I’m so glad I did. It gives you two year warranty, one year extended and you also get a small discount for being a member and other discount discounts if you go into the Best Buy store.

Basically good investment for your computer needs/repair only. Does not cover problems with appliances
