I have had the Geek Squad coverage for years and it has been very beneficial. They have repaired and replaced when unable to repair many times. Great.

I guess it comes down to how often you buy new tech. Generally the first month or two is when failures occur but we often add pieces of tech to the home network and there are times when one piece interferes with the other. Geek squad has always been a big help so it is worth the money to me. I can't say I would buy the protection plan on an ad hoc purchase basis. I would rather subscribe so what I add is always covered. Otherwise I feel like I am playing Russian Roulette as to whether this piece of tech will fail ... or not.

I really like this protection. Like any insurance you hope you don’t need to use it but glad you have it when you need it. The additional perks have come in handy, like price match within the extended return window. Overall, I am confident I will continue to use this service as long as they dont water it down or raise the price again.

I had bought a stereo system and the protection covered a lot of accessories and fees needed for the install.

We have total tech membership to keep all our products insured and covered. Worth every dollar. Better to have it and not need it then not have it and need it.

Best decision ive made specially unknowingly making the decision to upgrade not only from an Ip13 to the lates ip16pro but also a watch series 10 and the all new ipad Mini and other purchases as well that this membership covers in many convenient ways.

Every thing i own weather it came from Best Buy or not is usually covered under this membership agreement. I have no problem with this plan. Just wish it could cover installation
