Becoming a total tech member was the best decision I ever made

This is great and really does pay for itself with purchases. You may have to pay a difference if the replacement is newer and is more expense but still cheaper than a new device.

Sound quality for both input and output is up to hyperX standards. Battery lasts for days and charges quickly.

The warranties are great the only downside is if the item is on sale you have to pay the difference for the new one however it restarts your warranty

The technician comes to my home and fixes the problem The technicians are well versed and exceedingly knowledgable, whether it be computers, televisions, or any products or operations. My tech was amazing in instructioning me how to use my smart tv remote. Excellent!

Please purchase this, the 2 years warranty is worth it. The customer service works with you and fixes or replaces the item as long as its before the 2 years mark.

The “BestThing” I have done and actually same me money at the end. As a very busy household tech consumer I don’t have to worry about if we need warranty's for this or that, that alone almost cover the cost of the plan, but on top the discounts given to members pays for its self at the end.

Had to use this several times because of electronics going out before the 24 month window, very nice to get a free replacement.

Awesome TV, great picture. The TV did fail, in that something happened to the picture quality, notably in the darker areas of the screen. Samsung sent a local technician and when he was unable to correct the issue Samsung immediately offered a replacement. Great Customer Service.
