The Geek Squad has been very good. Professional, customer friendly and responsive. No complaints about them. However, calling the Best Buy store directly was a terrible experience. First, you get stuck in a circular firing squad of menu options and computerized voice response. With patience, you eventually get connected to a foreign call center. And they simply won't let you talk directly to the store where you bought the equipment. In fact, they said you need to get in your car and drive to the store if you want to talk to someone there. We've spoken to several of these foreign customer service reps. Although they try to help, the language barrier was a problem with all of them. And one was so bad he thought we had a problem with our desk, rather than our monitor. Unbelievable. We paid for the extra "Total Coverage". Suggestion to Best Buy, give a private phone number to customers who upgrade to this coverage and let them talk directly to the store.

Not too happy been waiting on parts haven't had a washers for 20 days hopefully it fixed Friday and then I will be happy if not then I'm going to be very upset I should not have to wait weeks n weeks for a warranty repair as this is why best buy members pay for warranty n membership..the customer service is not very good they don't seem to care this had been my experience lately.i hoping for no issues tomorrow cause I can't afford to not wash clothes and miss days of work waiting on best buy to make appt whenever..

I love the geek squad, it will protect your electronics and all your appliances you buy from best buy. Its the best money you can spend to protect all your cool gadgets. Appliances cost so much these days why would'nt you get the extended warranty.

this is a must have. i had purchased a 77inch LG Oled TV, its an expensive buy. i couldnt be with more piece of mind knowing i had that extra coverage with This Best Buy Protection!

Cannot complain about geek squad protection. They do a great job.

What's not to love? $150-200/ year cover my electronics from basically everything except loss/ theft? Yes, please! We have had a few items break when well used, or maybe accidentally dropped, and Best Buy either replaced the item or issued a refund in the form of a gift card. Easy!

Therefore, I have access to Geek Squad's assistance. Not to mention any other devices I might purchase, I know I am guaranteed replacements.
