We have had such good help with the products we bought. The set up of ROKU television and dishwasher were free. We got this plan when we needed help with our computer. After, we bought a printer and the Geek Squad set it up in a very timely manner. Saved about $600 having this plan.

I love the product. I just wish processing time was a little quicker. Waiting around for one little thing can be a pain especially during the holidays. And there’s enough people around the store. The store was basically empty
