One of the best parts of having the Best Buy membership is getting these service plans included.

I love knowing all of my purchases are protected. I have 2 kids and having that piece of mind on my investments is crucial. Plus it’s great having it linked to my account and not having to worry about keeping my receipt

You can’t beat this plan. It’s been offering me peace of mind since I’ve been buying from Best Buy. I’ve never had any problems exchanging my products.

When I purchased my TV in August I purchased the Best Buy Protection plan. Geek Squad. I am very glad I did. Being older I am not as up to date with things as the young people. Therefor when I need help I can call the Geek Squad which I have done many times even to just answer questions.

Better to have and not need,than to need and not have!

Always a good idea having protection, you never know anymore in todays busy world. Only had to use it once, and got a total replacement because of it.

I've received money back on items that dropped to a lower price and that was great!

Thought we got a motherboard with wifi capabilities and were stressed out to find it did not. We couldn't wait for the exchange process so we bought this guy and it works just fine. No issues with speed or what have you. Definitely works for us and would recommend.

The Best Buy protection can't be beat. It is so Awesome!! Best Buy is THE only place where we get all of household appliances, electronics, cell phones, computers, etc. and, we always have the protection.

This plan is very helpful for all of the right reasons as accidents do sometimes happen with electronics purchased. Better to have that extra added security if or when you have an unfortunate accident.

It's so unexplainable. It's just one of those things. I'm a member of our club now, like the dad club. You see a dad, you see me. I'm playing on, I'm a full dad now," he said. It's nice to have and the geek squad was able to provide us some assistance on short notice. Having problems is not good, but having easy access to support sure helps.

Love the added peace of mind in knowing that when the manufacture warranty expires that this adds to coverage

Best Buy total protection is the best thing you always shop anything happens to the product can always get the customer service and they handle it perfectly
