Always get the Best Buy protection program. This allows you to fix any products that are broken within the allowed time period. highly recommend to anyone purchasing anything from the store. The geek squad will help you resolve. Any issues having to do with any purchases from the store can be resolved through this program instead of using the manufacture warranty.

its good but the program needs to be explained better. I thought as long as I paid the yearly fee my items would be covered. And call to get help was/is madding

Works great even without a plan, great video quality, mic works amazing, moves perfectly and is stable.

I really haven't had the opportunity to use this except it pays for my apple care for two years on anything I buy while I have this protection. That is a money saver in itself. I do like having this protection. Would love to see it cover more.

My monthly Best Buy Protection is added peace of mind. Although in most cases I do not use it (after 24 mons), but it is good to know if I needed it I know where to go. This actually goes beyond the 1 year manufacturing warranty. Love that Best Buy offers this particular protection.
