Got into the tech program and it included the protection plan. If I bought all of these protection plan separately I would have to pay well above what I spent on on the plan. Best Buy has one of the best protection plans out there and it also has a lot of features that you don’t expect I renewed my plan for the second time and will not let it expire

I've had to use it at least twice without any trouble. Good to know it's available and for reasonable.

I have this plan on all my equipment and it’s really a great deal. There is no worries about breaking down or anything else.

I vary rarely rate protection plans but this one saved my xps butt. My board fried and the dell support replaced with the wrong processor, but the manager used the plan to get me a brand new laptop. Also the apple care rocks too that comes with it

Good bundled value with My Best Buy Total membership when buying lots of products in a single purchase, especially if you don't know how long you want the protection.

This warranty has saved my butt multiple times. Having a broken laptop and them just fixing it or outright replacing it is an amazing thing. If it wasnt for this protection I would have been out multiple thousands of dollars over the years.

Geek Squad is very helpful and patient. They are skilled, and it's great knowing they are there. I am a senior citizen, and my adult children, who are tech-savvy, live far away. I recommend this service to all seniors.

This has helped us so much, using the Geek squad to help us set things up, like our Orbi and hooking up our printer to certain devices. We've used the Geek squad service for several years especially when we moved. They took care of setting up all of our technology. Our use of this product has literally paid for itself and saved us a bunch of headaches. They even give us advice so we think out of our own boxes.

What can you say: part of total tech subscription and comforting to have protection for just about anything. I have always had good experiences when something does go wrong.
