What can you say: part of total tech subscription and comforting to have protection for just about anything. I have always had good experiences when something does go wrong.

If you base the majority of your shopping at best buy, it becomes an amazon level equivalent; better in some stuff, a bit lacking in others. Lacking is to be taken loosely though, as the only real con is the limited inventory in comparison, but thats not why you buy from best buy anyway. The perks, services, and warranties (and more) make it worth it.

Best Buys TOTAL PROTECTION is Fantastic. If you have ANY issues they will make sure you are a happy camper!

I use the Best Buy Total Tech service for my products purchased at Best Buy. It is a better value than purchasing insurance on each item. Best Buy always provided excellent service for my product repairs.

I purchased a DVD player & got the monthly Best Buy Protection Plan (up to 24 months). I am a Best Buy total Tech member. So this is included with most items purchased that we used to have to purchase a protection plan for. The good news is that you don't have to pay extra for a protection plan that you may never use. The bad news is you pay a flat rate based on the original purchase price for each repair needed. So you may end up paying more than the old original protection plan cost if you have more than 1 repair for the item. Also, the flat rate repair bill amount may be before any coupons or Best Buy certificates you used at time of purchase. I was not able to find that out, yet. Free is good . I will have to do another review when I do use this protection plan, to see well if it works well.

I have been using Arlo for a couple of years, and it is a great doorbell, and easy to install. I'm upgrading the chime so I can have all Arlo devices integrated.

It's nothing like have peace of mind when you spend money on your products. So if one of my products should stop working I don't have to be concerned with buying a replacement. I have saved much over the course of years buying Best Buy products.

No need to "worry" about spyware or other internet type malware.

I get it for all of my electronic purchases. I have had to use it on two previous occasions and got a full refund or replacement.

ALWAYS fantastic Service. I have had nothing but great service as well as quick and friendly installation with Best Buy technicians/computer people/appliance people, etc. Really the best. Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

Everything I buy has the warranty and not being that great with computers I have simple questions and I make an appointment and appreciate the time they take even if it is something simple

Always love Best Buy and The Geek Squad they've been there for all of my technical needs as I'm not very tech savvy. And this so far and things that I bought and dismembered deals has pretty much paid for itself I love this program and I love Best Buy!
