This is the best purchase I ever made! I’ve been self-employed for years and years & used to fix my own stuff. I finally got tired of not only being the owner/primary person, but also the “fix-it” person for everyone and took my products to the Geek Squad. I placed an order through the Best Buy app that included 5 cameras. Part of the order was mistakenly set as store pickup, and I only received the items shipped to my home. Since I was unaware of the pickup portion, the system automatically canceled those items after 5 days. When I tried to repurchase them, the price had increased by $15 per unit, As a Best Buy member, I expected a more flexible solution or for the original price to be honored. The app checkout experience was not clear and resulted in a frustrating situation
