I placed an order through the Best Buy app that included 5 cameras. Part of the order was mistakenly set as store pickup, and I only received the items shipped to my home. Since I was unaware of the pickup portion, the system automatically canceled those items after 5 days. When I tried to repurchase them, the price had increased by $15 per unit, As a Best Buy member, I expected a more flexible solution or for the original price to be honored. The app checkout experience was not clear and resulted in a frustrating situation

Ever since I was a teen I've known how important it is to use protection. Free protection was my favorite and while I can't say if this is good as the free protection I used to get from the county health department when I was a teen it is included with my best buy membership.

I am a customer of Best Buy total tech. Having recently moved to Boynton Beach Florida this ancillary service has been a blessing. Besides servicing my laptop computer, they have installed my T.V.’s, will be delivering and installing my beverage refrigerator, as well as other appliances.

This is a great service, especially for someone who isn't tech savy! I've had TV's installed, computer gliches solved, and even new car audio system and cameras installed, all without additional cost.

The protection plan has been great. Best Buy does a grear job taking care of all my product service & support. Works great for my home & small business.

This is one of the best services I've ever used. As my equipment got older, the techs would fix it, clean it, keep it running, until it wore out. People are friendly, service is great, they do what they say they will do, they are very good at fixing the tech, and they always help me. I've used online, phone, remote, in-store, and in-home service. They have all been excellent.

We buy everything we can at Best Buy because they stand by their warranty. We have never had a problem having things exchanged or fixed. I have even had my screen protector on my phone mess up and they replaced it for free. You don't have to keep your receipt.

I initially purchased Best Buy’s protection plan for my MacBook, thinking it would cover me for the long haul. However, I recently found out that after two years, my MacBook was no longer covered, which was disappointing since I assumed I had longer protection. If you’re considering this plan, make sure you understand the coverage period and what’s actually included. While it may offer good protection upfront, it’s important to double-check the fine print so you’re not caught off guard like I was. Lesson learned: Always confirm your coverage length before assuming you’re still protected!

Best Buy has always lived up to their 24 month Total Tech warranty for me. I am well pleased with this service! I definitely renew it every year. It has paid for itself plus every year that I have had it.

the best plan ever to come from best buy. this has saved me so much money already from getting my 8k tv worked on, to changing out SSD on 2 of my laptops- all for free under this paid plan... ive switched to buying everything electronic at BB now as anything i buy gets covered automatically - exceptional

I've got so many items now covered it is really nice. I only wish they sold T-Mobile iphones then they would be covered too.
