Protection Plan is the Best Available! Best Buy which is my Favorite Place to Shop! Customer Service is Awesome!

It is worth getting this protection plan as it is not only protecting the product integrity but also the product competitive prices! Thru this plan, we actually filed back quite some savings from price matching on a product we purchased recently.

Unfortunately, due to my current circumstances, I recently had to cancel my Best Buy Total membership. However, I want to express my gratitude for the benefits it offered, and I am hopeful about rejoining in the future.

Definitely recommend getting a protection plan. Better safe than sorry. Came in handy when my portable charger wasn't holding up to staying fully charged.

I can do a lot of things well. Was a very capable RN for thirty-five years. But, technology is not one of my strong suits. I rely on the Geek Squad for all things technical. They are invariably pleasant and helpful. I consider my service plan eminently necessary.

Can’t go wrong with the 24 month total tech protection plan. When I did have a problem with any product, laptop or tablet or ring cameras I would contact them thru the app and within an hour or less they would solve or correct any problems 24-7 they are there for you

Have been a member of Best Buy Total since 2021 and been very happy with it. We buy all our tech from Best Buy now instead of Amazon, etc... This protection plan is a big reason why as well as the extended return times and Apple Care on Apple products.
