The Best Buy protection is worth the peace of mind

I have always bought the Best Buy protection plans

protection is great you never know when you would need it, ive used it in a couple of items and it is quick and easy.

If you buy more than one product from bestbuy your better off getting the annual protection plan, it saves money and covers whatever you buy without having to lay for coverage separately

Haven't had to use it yet, which is testament to product quality, but everyone I know that has it loves it.

A few of the quick access features such as tapping or swiping are inconvenient and the earbuds are clearly meant to be used with the model of these with the touchscreen case. For example, the toggle of active noise cancellation (ANC) requires you to pause whatever media is playing on your device by pressing on the bottom of the stem, then swiping across the length of the earbud. There is no voice-detectable ANC that temporarily disables ANC when it notices you are talking, something other earbuds in the price range have (Google Pixel Buds Pro, Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro2, Apple Airpod Pros, etc.), so your only option is to open up the app and disable it there or do the aforementioned actions. Back to the touchscreen case model (which isn't sold by Best Buy), you can easily tap the display and turn it off with a single press and carry on your way. Even the Poly app brings up a PDF version of the touchscreen version, the Voyager Free 60 UC+ manual, rather than the manual for these Voyager Free 60 buds. That said, for most people, this would be a minor inconvenience as these are meant to be used in a workplace environment and not an everyday set of earbuds. The triple microphone setup on them are great, they don't compare against a boom mic, but I would still consider the call quality professional enough for meetings. Still, it seems difficult to recommend these compared to a strong all arounder like the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro2 or Apple Airpods Pro for the price.

We have used Best Buy Protection Plan for years and very pleased with it. Have never had a problem getting an appointment nor any issues with the problem at hand being resolved. We wouldn't be without it.

Wouldn't be without it. The single yearly amount for coverage is great. In my previous job before retirement we purchased a lot of gear and the Geek Squad response every time we had an issue was easy, efficient and timely.

I got it out of the box and got it put together. I started using it and did not want to stop.

I think adding a protection plan is worth the investment for the item I've purchased. While we expect the things we by from Best Buy to be nearly fail safe things can happen that are unanticipated.

We purchased the Best Buy Protection and have used with a few different devices and have had professional feedback and support on both issues. We highly recommend if your not tech savvy as my wife and I. Help is always appreciated when your not tech savvy.

They are the best and because of them I have not had to pay anything for service calls and if anything was wrong they would pay for a new TV. For free I mean seriously for free just because I paid in the beginning when I bought the TVI would do it in Next t v next month

I love having the security warranty. We have already used it once for my daughter’s electric scooter.

24 months zero interest and free warranties for up to a 1 year. Honestly its awesome to just have the abilitt to walk in and know best buys always gonna be there if their are problems with a device dont buy electronics anywhere else. I wont

Using for my home office to connect 3 pc’s and a printer directly to my router. Everything capable of 1GB network speed is connected at that rate. It was literally as simple as plugging everything in and turning on.

Amazing! I was having a printer problem and called later in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised when after giving information and answering questions I was told I could go to bed and they would take care of the problem on their own! The next morning I checked and the printer works perfectly! This plan is great! We have used it numerous times! Highly recommend!
