Having the protection for products that aren't easy to replace due to cost, size, etc. is a must for me. I have used the monthly protection a few times over the years and each time the experience has been simple and straightforward.

Being a total tech, customer is well worth the money. If you ever need a advice or a technician, they are there for the customers do yourselves a favor and buy the total tech protection you cannot go wrong..

I have been a best buy member for many years, it came in handy too have them install our 65" tv and I have used our membership many times for ours laptops and cellphone devices, it has definitely helped us

If you plan on buying any new electronics this is definitely something you want to get. I had to replace a TV and the phone person was very helpful and the techs that came to the house were professional and courteous.

The ability to have a place that you can take your product and speak with someone face to face.

They canceled my plan for no reason or no explanation. I’m may have to spend hours on the phone to get it reinstated.

This is a must. I always get it just incase and best buy comes through when they need to.

Hopefully this plan is not needed. Good insurance type plan. When needed, it has been a blessing. Good service and assistance.

Extremely grateful for the protection plan. I am not usually one that buys protection plans, but this one is definitely worth having because you never know what can happen with your device and it’s a good insurance policy for applied products.

If you buy a lot of stuff from best buy or foresee yourself buying a lot of tech in the future, get totaltech (or whatever its called now). It’s definitely saved me money on buying additional warranties for all my purchases.

This protection plan is worth every penny if you purchase often from Best Buy. I know that I'm covered for at least a couple of years with most of my purchases from them.

I enjoy knowing that my new laptop is covered for any issues that arise. Every electronic devide will have issues at some point and when they do you feel lost without it. Having the security of knowing when those poblems arise best buy has your back is great!

Comes in handy when you need it. Always protect your purchases!
