Appliances can be very costly to repair. Getting the 24 month protection plan gave us peace of mind, knowing that if something went wrong we would be able to get it expertly repaired without additional cost.

I thought this was too easy to believe. I needed something to extend my wifi signal to connect to my pool. Easy set-up and works perfectly. I wasn't sure because the price was inexpensive, but it was perfect.

I have only had the membership for a few months, but for the value compared to added-on insurance for devices, it's great so far. And the savings in the end pay for the membership. I haven't had to use the "insurance" through the membership yet, so I can't comment on that.

A no brainer, love knowing I am taken care of 24/7 either in store or on phone with Best Buys extraordinary support and don't have to worry about buying a warranty every time I purchase a product.

Why not pay for the protection for a bit of peace of mind? I know they are there to figure out a solution if I call for anything.

A great addition to any TV that doesn't already support FireTV. Watch lot's of content (especially sports) that I subscribe to on a TV instead of my laptop. Very easy to setup and use. Got it on sale for a fantastic price, worth every penny!

If you buy a lot of items in a year this warrantly pays for itself. Its also good to buy gifts for others and get them a extended warranty included.

The total tech membership is a wonderful package to have. I purchased it to have them cleanup my house laptop from viruses, etc. they did a great job. It no longer shuts down, freezes, or gives me strange messages. I’ve purchased it in the past and they also install items, provide other benefits too.
