Total Tech Support has many advantages. We have used this group to install TV's and trouble shoot computerr problems. Service is quick and VERY reliable. Also, as a TTS member you get a 5% discount on purchases.

I am assuming this is Geek Squad. If so, I HIGHLY recommend getting this policy!! The tech are the best and I have called them for my laptop, appliances, and general help with my TV and tech issues. And they are all so nice!

I always get best buys protection, even on my smaller purchases. Over the years, there have been a number of times that I have had to reach out to them and they have always lived up to their end of the purchase agreement.

Love that we added this service. It’s rare that we’ll ever need it or use it, but it’s nice to have and has already paid off for the 2 times we used it.

If you can afford it, then it’s worth the value. The protection plan allows you to pay a lower and more comfortable price to protect your consumer goods. I think it’s worth it! Why? because you always want to invest and protect all your products as well as your peace of mind.

We had our bedroom TV stop working. Best buy came out and said it couldn't be repaired. They took our TV and we got a wonderful new upgrade that was $20 cheaper so we actually got $20 back!

Thankful to have this plan for an item that I purchased that needed to be exchanged within the first couple weeks of purchase. The customer service team was VERY easy to work with. The exchange was seamless.

Though I have never needed to use this option to fix or replace any of the products I have purchased, it is nice to know that if I ever needed to have a product serviced, I can do so at no additional cost for up to two-years! That's quite a while. It even includes Apple products as well. Very nice.

I have many products that are covered and the accidental damage has paid for it self! It’s a no brainer and will continue to subscribe to total plan.
