It’s not 2yr when the Factory product give you 1yr warranty. It should be 1 yr from the factory and 2 yrs from Best Buy making it 3 yrs coverall together. Make it make sense

This is the best service. My checking account would be very low if I didnt pay for this service with as many times as we brought in our computers and then there is the free delivery and installation of our T.V> thank you

This service is invaluable. I cannot tell you how many times it came in handy, from installing hardware, getting support, to replacing it. I would recommend anyone purchasing anything large from BB to invest in this service.

If you are a frequent best buy customer then this a a great add on to have but not so sure about that since I recently received an email saying a lot of the perks that makes this worth having will be no more so I wont renew again in that case

It is worth the cost. Its an inconvenient time of year November December to always get the bill. I wish points could be used to pay towards it if points are available. I also would like if repairs could be made on site or at least in the same state.

Best Buy Protection Plan with free installation provided is the best purchase ever. I was so apprehensive about going to streaming from DISH, but the techs made the installation and learning curve very easy.

I bought this with the total care package and I wish it still came with installation. I got a price match on a 50% price drop for a recent purchase so it's already starting to pay for itself

I purchased this protection just this year and it has already paid for itself in discounts and free installations for car stereo, gps, backp camera system, and home security purchases. I havent needed tech support yet, but i rest easy knowing i can reach out any time!

I couldn’t get the channels I was paying for on cable and bought this and for pennies I could watch several local channels from over 60 miles away! Easy to set up!

Bought a new LG G2 OLED TV. Could have bought mounting and delivery, BUT Tech package covered it plus the 24 months protection for the same $$. Not only that, my laptop went down two weeks later, and the Support covered that as well. WOW!
