Having a 24 month Best Buy protection plan free added to your items because you are a total tech member is AWESOME AND AMAZING and we have had to utilize it. Be careful though because something apparently it doesn’t apply to which I don’t like. We bought a vacuum has to return it. They reimburse the $ and you have to purchase new. So if you bought it on a promotion or used credit from credit card points you won’t get that returned to you and then buying full price sucks. Wish they were just an even exchange period for these plans

If you shop at best buy, Total Tech is kind of like insurance for your purchases. It gives you piece of mind that your item will be covered if it breaks

I always buy the protection on devices as it has saved me many times when the item breaks. It’s either fully covered or I pay a small deductible which is a lot cheaper than paying for a brand new one

Everything i own comes with a warranty , after my computer screen went on the fritz i was in and out in 20 min without a appointment with my replacement. dont be a fool and get the warranty

2 year protection on just about anything you buy is cheaper than buying 2 year protection for individual products. Very handy incase u have any bug fixes.

I bought a Viper alarm from Best Buy at a great price of $99 it was installed for free because of the total tech program that I have purchased it has worked excellent since I've had it and will definitely shop there again at Best Buy at Ingram park.

This is an amazing plan. We have purchased a few items and have not had to worry about installation. Also love the better pricing and warranties that come with this membership.
