    While the phone is very attractive and has very good sound it did not have the features stated in the description. I purchased this phone for my elderly parents who require Talking Caller ID. The description said the phone has it, It DOES NOT. The phone also needs to have a button pushed before it can open, that was an extra step they didn't always remember. It was returned for lack of these features but if you need a basic phone with no extras and good sound, this will work for you.

    Best thing to buy with the amount of electronic equipment I have in my home.. they cover it all .. This is a must have if you buy products from Bestbuy

    I purchased this warranty and was able to use it when my appliance had an issue within the 1st year. Geek squad came and fixed the problem. They made it easy and hassle free. I would recommend this to my families and friends.
