They are good at dealing with anything that no longer works during the year, you can go fix it or change it, but if the TV screen breaks, this does not include that.

Having the total membership helps me not only price match to save money. But helps me not worry about constantly adding protection towards my future purchases!

I complained to my husband why he got this ! Now no more complaining on my part. I messed up my computer and because he did what he did ordering protection on large tv. My computer was also covered. Got it fixed! I am a happy camper. Worth the money!

I have been a member of total tech from the beginning, and I have to say it's GREAT. Geek squad is always there when you need them and when you buy new items - instead of paying for a warranty you automatically get 2 years included. GREAT BUY !!!

Having extra protection is always great. Have not had to use it yet which is even better, but it is nice to know it is there should the need arise. Affordable to.

So far I've used it 3 times. I got it for the set ups and protection. I haven't used the protection yet but the setting up of my 2 AC'S, 2 Wall Mount TVS and sound bar installation was a breeze and their technicians are professional and sweet.

I think everyone should get this. It's everything i thought would be. It's ashame the changes they are making it think will hurt the product. I don't know if i works buy it after the changes.
